While teaching has always been a passion, Darin has been a professional educator since 2002. After obtaining a Bachelors of Science degree in psychology, Darin spent a year in South Korea teaching at a Sogang University-affiliated language program.

When he returned to the United States, Darin sought a Masters degree in psychology. During graduate school, he taught psychology at North Central Kansas Technical College and worked as a graduate teaching assistant at Fort Hays State University. When he finished his Masters, Fort Hays State University hired him on as an adjunct instructor. Darin has been teaching psychology since then.

Presently, Darin teaches both undergraduate and graduate-level courses. In addition to Social and Forensic Psychology, Darin has taught research methods both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
