eLearning & LMS Design
Courses your people will actually complete.
Most eLearning fails because it’s built for compliance checkboxes, not learning. We design courses grounded in adult learning theory — with meaningful interactivity, scenario-based practice, and assessments that test real understanding.
We work primarily in Articulate Rise and Storyline, deliver SCORM-ready packages, and can administer or configure your LMS to ensure courses deploy correctly and data flows to your reporting dashboards.

Coaching engagements are one-on-one, confidential, and structured around your specific goals — whether you’re a new manager building confidence or a senior leader navigating organizational change.
